We own all rights, we have permission to use, all presentations, documentation and materials published or otherwise made available as part of a conference (including, without limitation, any documentation package or audio or audiovisual recording of a conference) (“Content of the Conference”). You may not (a) professionally photograph, film, or record; or (b) republish, transmit or disseminate the Conference Content. You shall not, without limitation:
• Upload any conference content to any shared system.
• Include any conference content in a database.
• Include any content from the Conference on a website or on any intranet.
• Transmit, recirculate, or make available any Conference Content to any other person.
• Make any commercial use of the content of the Conference.
• Use the conference content in any way that may infringe the rights of third parties or that may bring us or any of our affiliates into disrepute.
You agree to abide by all elements of this statement in order to preserve all agreements that the SUPERBREAKOUT license will bring at the time of witnessing the training.
